The appropriate sales tax is charged for all orders shipped to California, Connecticut, Kentucky, New York and Pennsylvania. GST is charged for all orders shipped to Canada.

UPS 2nd Day (US) Available in all US states and territories; not available in Canada
$9.00 for 1st book; $1.50 for each additional book
Allow 2-3 business days for shipping

UPS Ground (US) Only available in Continental US
$4.00 for 1st book; $1.00 for each additional book
Allow 5-7 business days for shipping

UPS Ground (Canada) Not available to Yukon and Northwest Territories
$10.00 for 1st book; $1.50 for each additional book
Allow 7-10 business days for shipping

CANPAR (Canada) Not available to Yukon and Northwest Territories
$5.00 for 1st book; $1.50 for each additional book
Allow 2-3 weeks for shipping

Reminder: UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.

All orders received by 5:00 PM, EST will be authorized by noon, EST the next day. Warehouse processing will take up to 3 days for ground orders, 1-2 days for 2nd day service. Authorization and processing time is in addition to the shipping times listed above.
