Will I
see proofs of my article or articles?
No. If the developmental work on an article involved more than
routine editing, however, you will be sent the entry (by email)
in case you want to check it. Please be assured that the volume
editor will review all manuscript in the production phases, during
which the manuscripts will also be professionally proofread against
the submitted manuscripts.
What are
the terms of the contributor agreement?
The terms of the contributor agreement are included within the
body of your invitation letter. You can also refer to the Contributor
Agreement on this site.
Please remember
that when you agree to contribute, you also agree to the terms
of the contributor agreement.
When will
the Encyclopedia of US-Latin American Relations be published?
The projected publication date is 2008/09.
When will
authors be paid?
Honoraria are payable on publication. As a practical matter, this
means about three months after publication. Thus you should allow
four months after publication before contacting us about an honorarium
that you have not received.
Please note
that we need your social security number and your current postal
address at time of publication so that checks and books are sent
to your current address. Please send any change of address to

Are offprints
of articles available?
No, we are not able to provide offprints.
